I did it!
I made it through my 30 minute dance workout. I feel sore but great. I will not exercise in front of my husband so he stayed in the bedroom while I did my workout. It was so sweet of him.
Anyway I have stuck to all my goals today and I feel great! I stepped on the scale (I know I said I wouldn’t but I did) I have not lost any but have not gained any either. I will not weigh again until Saturday morning.

WooHoo!! You did it!!! I just read on the news that a hard workout(like doing a dance workout)does more for your metabolism than a slow one. It said that your metabolism lasts longer….I agree!! I’m so wired ever since I did mine that I’ve been driving my hubby crazy ever since he came home. I have so much energy and I NEVER have energy like this after I walk….weird huh?

Take it from a daily weigher—I think staying off the darn thing is a journey in and of itself! Hang in there. Just so you know, A MEDICAL DOCTOR told me I should weigh-in EVERY SINGLE DAY, first thing in the morning, in my birthday suit, AFTER going to the restroom…his theory: It is easier to lose a lb. when you see it than to lose 5 lbs. when you don’t!
P.S. And kudos to your workout!! How did I forget to pat you on the back for that one!! Duh!
